Terms and Conditions
Our scheduling is very structured and our time as well as others is very important.
1.1.1. To book up to 2 hours - £20
1.1.2. To book half day (4 hours) - £50
1.1.3. To book full day - £100
1.1.4. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible, give at least 48 hours notice and we can transfer your appointment ONCE to another day.
1.2. SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP
1.2.1. Permanent makeup deposit for initial treatment - £50
1.2.2. Permanent makeup deposit for control treatment - £50
1.2.3. Consultation fee - £20 (deducted from final price)
1.2.4. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests for consultation a £20 ( non-refundable) deposit is due upon scheduling.
1.2.5. If you are no show for your initial or control treatment (without minimum 2 weeks advance notice) you forfeit your deposit of £50 plus other fees of £50 will be due before being put back on the schedule.
1.2.6. Whether you are or NOT the candidate for Permanent Makeup the consultation fee of £20 is not refundable.
1.2.7. If a procedure is scheduled on the consultation the fee of the consultation will be deducted from the total procedure price.
1.2.8. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible, give at least 2 weeks notice and we can transfer your appointment ONCE to another day.
1.3. LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
1.4.1. No deposit needed.
1.5.1. PIERCING TRAINING COURSES

1.6.1. Bridal package (Makeup+hair) - £40
1.6.2. Makeup - £20
1.6.3. Hairdo - £10
1.6.4. Full Body Waxing - £20
1.6.5. Hair Stylist-Hairdresser - £10-£30 (depends on treatment price)
1.6.6. If you gave a notice of being late up to 15 mins you can keep the appointment with no extra charge.
1.6.7. If you are late over 15 mins for your appointment you will need to reschedule and you will forfeit your deposit.

2.1. Our technicians are fully trained and qualified, but there is no 100% guarantee of procedure or treatment result satisfaction by client.
2.2. None of tattoo artists/piercers are employee of Inked Moose Ltd. All artists are independent from Inked Moose Tattoo Art Studio and works on Self-employment basis. If occur any issues between Client and Artist they should sort it out between themselves. Inked Moose Ltd. known as Inked Moose Tattoo Art Studio do not take any responsibility for the issues between the Client and Artist.
2. 3. Technician can’t be responsible if client states that she/he didn’t like the treatment after client leave the Studio. All issues should be solved with technician immediately after treatment if client has any concerns.
2. 4. If client DO NOT follow aftercare procedure suggested by technician /artist - picking scabs, going to chlorinated pool, touching treated area with dirty hands etc. Technician /artist do not hold any responsibility for the infection caused after treatment when client left the premises.
3. MONEY BACK OR REFUNDS
3.1. No money back or refunds after tattooing, piercing, laser tattoo removal, beauty or any other treatments.
